When it comes to run coaching, I specialise in the finer details that make a big difference on race day. From race strategy and preparation to pacing skills, race nutrition, and mindset, I help runners of all levels feel confident and ready to perform at their best. Sutherland & Helensburgh Run Club
Nuff's Fitness Run Club is all about community, progression, and fun - whether you're a walker, a beginner, or an experienced runner. We create a relaxed, supportive environment where you can improve your running skills and fitness at your own pace.
Our training is tailored to help get the most out of your sessions, and we finish strong with a group outing to a local 5km parkrun at the end of each school term. And, of course, no session is complete without our post-run coffee tradition - it's the perfect way to start the day with good people and good vibes.

Group Metafit & MetaPWR
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is one of the most effective and time-efficient ways to boost fitness - and that's exactly why the groups love it. In just 16-22mins, these sessions deliver a serrious workout that's adaptable for all fitness levels, helping you build strength, endurance, and power without spending hours in the gym.

Online Run Coaching & Programming
Love running but not sure how to train smarter? Got a race or goal in mind but need a plan? That's where online coaching comes in.
Using cutting-edge software, I create a personalised program that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle and schedule. Whether you're training for your first 5k or an ultra-marathon PB, my approach keeps you on track while giving you the flexibility that you need. With expert guidance on endurance, pacing, race prep, and more, you'll build the skills and confidence to take your runniing to the next level.
My Vision For Nuff's Fitness
Hey, I'm Adam - Head Coach and owner of Nuff's Fitness. Back in 2011, I set out on a personal journey that led to 53kg weight loss. Along the way, I fell in love with running - not just for the physical benefits but for the mental strength and the sense of community that it brings.

That's the heart of Nuff's. My vision has always been to help people find activities they genuinely enjoy in a welcoming, all-inclusive environment where they can thrive. Today, we have a passionate team of five certified coaches, sessions in Sutherland and Helensburgh, and online coaching to support even more runners.

But what makes me proudest? It's not just the distances conquered, the PBs smashed, or the fitness transformations - it's the friendships formed, the community, and the love of the movement we've built together.
